Phuza Thursday is here again -and for many students exams are almost over! Now isn’t that a good reason to celebrate. This week’s recipe is for the much-loved classic, the Long Island Iced Tea. Don’t let the name make you think this is a sissie’s drink, we can guarantee you it’s not. This is one of those cocktails that will punch you when you least expect it. The Long Island Iced Tea is ideal for Summer, and is best drunk whilst lying next to the pool and taking in those sun-rays.
